Dobsons's is a family distillery / brewery founded in 2004 by Stephen & Lyn Dobson.  Founded on Socialist principles, we value product quality and a happy, healthy working environment over profit.

Our son Joshua joined the company, bringing fresh ideas and a brilliant palate, His first spirit creation  was Sweet Pea, which has gone on to become a classic, and our best selling spirit. Joshua is a brilliant and innovative creator of extraordinary spirits.
