For this cocktail you will require a blender capable of blitzing ice to "smoothie" consistency
2 Cups ice... blended till smooth.
1 cup frozen Mango Pulp
1 Nip (30ml) Pure Vodka
1 Nip (30ml) Dobson's Orangerie Triple-sec
1 Nip (30 ml) Bickfords Mango Iced Tea Cordial
1 leaf of mint added to the blender
Blitz in the Blender till the consistency of a fruit smoothie.
Spray with Dobson's Bitters
Garnish with a sprig of Mint.
