Whiskey is a life long passion for me. I still remember my first dram, my grandfather gave me a sneaky sip from his glass while nanna was out of the room... as a young impressionable lad ... somehow I knew we would meet again.

Fast forward to now, my love affair has grown as has my appreciation for the many styles of whiskey.... Here at Dobson's we make three distinct styles of whiskey...
Firstly a Hebridean style heavily peated - example "Belle Epoque"

New England Highland Style - Lightly peated. - example "Raven"

47% ABV... OLD RELIABLE Has been a part of my distilling life for over 35 years... it is a Irish (Dublin Style) Triple distilled, wash of Moree grain
aged in Buffalo Trace bourbon cask.... a light daily tipple.
